February, March...So Busy!

My blogging hiatus has left me with 2 month's worth of photos to upload and that began with organizing photos on my camera card from November 2011...so this "little project" has taken over 2 hours thus far.

Feb. 19--Lauren in the 1st (and only) snow of the year!

Feb. 25--The girls had been asking for a girls' night.  We went bowling and to dinner!
Feb. 26--Daddy was jealous and wanted to bowl, too, so we went a second time that weekend!
March 1--Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss!  In celebration, it was Wacky Tacky Day at school...I think we hit that on the mark!
My friend, Ashley's little girl, Kinzley, has been one little girl Lauren has been excited to love!  Here they are at dinner!  Kinz wanted to sample our pizza but her mommy said no!
March 4--Paul, Lauren, and I went to the annual home show in Charlotte.  They had Soccer Dogs and Lauren got to play soccer with them!

And pose for a photo op after!

Look how big Lauren has gotten!
March 10--Suzy found out that there was to be a Princess Party downtown, so we signed up the girls!  Lauren dressed as a fairy!
Cara the princess!

Getting the nails polished.

And Lauren's tongue just baffles me!  Look how long it is!  I call it a giraffe tongue.  She inherited from Paul.
A piece of art along with dictation on how to make a snowman...not that she had any experience this year.
March 22--I had a HORRIBLE day at work, so Lauren and I stress ate at McDonald's then went to the park to play and walk it off.  The cherry trees were beautiful so I had Lauren climb them for pictures!

March 10--The blog wouldn't cooperate, so here is Lauren dressed up as a princess!

March 24--Chatham turns 3 on Tuesday, so his party was Saturday.  Theme: Cowboys.  I think Lauren dressed the part well!
 Birthday Boy!
 Happy Birthday, Dear Chatham!

 Cara the Cowgirl!
 Lauren enjoying fruit skewers.
Evie and Lauren (So Jon, Jess, and Evie arrived around 1:00 am on Saturday on their way to Florida for vacation.  Evie joined us for the party!)
Hoping that this scene will never play out...
For dinner, we headed to Sim's BBQ in BFE for dinner!  The girls were THRILLED to be able to dance.  Here is what it looked like after the girls were doing ballet (Evie) and headbanging (Lauren) to bluegrass music...
Before dinner, out by the pond.
The girls did the kids square dance!
 Jess danced with Evie.
 Jon and Jess square danced!

And Lauren and I did, too.
We'll see if my next posting is in April or June.  =)
